Cancellation Policy
Life happens and I completely understand! To be fair to all clients and to protect my time as a small business owner, I kindly ask for your understanding and support of my booking policies:
• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. For appointments without a deposit you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows and day of cancelations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• In order to reschedule your appointment the cancelation fee must be collected.
• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total at checkout.
